39.37 × 39.37 in | 100 × 100 cm | Hand-painted acrylic on canvas
A classical icon steps straight into the chaos of modern pop culture. In ADAM, Hande Ugur reimagines the biblical figure through the lens of ego, temptation, consumerism, and social-media obsession—rendered in bold color and neon humor. From the LEGO-EGO pun to smartphone apples, a fast-food crown, and floating likes and notifications, each symbol becomes part of a newly invented, ironic creation myth.
Fully hand-painted on canvas and mounted on a solid board for a crisp, gallery-style finish, ADAM is loud, layered, and unapologetically contemporary—where mythology meets modern appetite.
